Job Title: HR Recruiter Client: Food Manufacturing Company Location: Atlanta, GA 30308 Duration: 1 Year Shift: 1st Shift Job Summary Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and improve hiring quality Build candidate pipelines using networking, sourcing, and market intelligence Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and hiring standards Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives Track recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and talent market trends Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders on hiring projects and workforce planning Mentor recruiters and support recruiting process improvements Handle complex recruiting activities independently with minimal supervision Required Skills Experience in agency and corporate recruiting Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, hiring processes, and labor compliance Digital/Tech recruiting experience preferred Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Minimum 4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred #ZR #J-18808-Ljbffr Three Point Solutions
