Assist in the maintenance of project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets and summary spreadsheets. 3. Follow applicable processes, and identify and report potential project problems as soon as they are identified. 4. Provide support to project teams including reviewing project proposals for accuracy and adherence to style guidelines. 5. Provide support reconciling project expenses and receipts. 6. Assisting with creating supporting presentations to management on details of project process. 7. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.8. Understand. Create. Simplify.9. Other duties as assigned.***Required Qualifications*** Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or relevant disciplineStrong computer, telephone, proofreading and filing skillsAbility to learn new skills and assume new responsibilitiesStrong writing, documentation, and speaking skillsAbility to work cooperatively in a team environmentBackground check results satisfactory to SELNegative drug test result(s)***Preferred Qualifications***Knowledge of accounting principlesExperience with Deltek Vision or other project management software***Physical Requirements*** None**Competitive pay.
