Direct Sales Representative, CRM (Austin, TX)

Abbott seeks a Medical Device Sales Representative for its Cardiac Rhythm Management division based in Austin, Texas. The role involves promoting and selling cardiac devices to healthcare providers and facilities within an assigned territory, with responsibility for client education, account development, and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Contact, visit, and educate physicians, hospitals, and distributors on Abbott cardiac products
• Develop and execute business plans to identify and cultivate new customer accounts
• Provide training and technical support to medical professionals on product use
• Monitor competitor activity, sales data, and product developments in the field
• Attend trade shows and conferences to demonstrate products and network with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent
• Two or more years of sales or clinical support experience in healthcare
• Ability to analyze and evaluate complex medical devices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of medical device industry policies and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to influence customer decision-making
• Proficiency with personal computer programs and relevant applications

Compensation: $43,900–$109,200 base
