What You'll Do:

• Prepare the Operating Room by setting up instruments, supplies, and equipment for various surgical cases
• Maintain aseptic techniques and monitor for breaches in sterility
• Assist in positioning patients and transporting them to and from the OR
• Help establish and maintain a sterile field during procedures
• Pass instruments, sutures, and supplies to surgeons with proficiency in multiple specialties (preferred in Transplants, Open Heart, Urology, Neurology, Robotics, etc.)
• Follow facility policies for sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols
• Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to ensure smooth procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Need:

• BLS certification (AHA)
• Certified Surgical Technologist or LVN/LPN license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of surgical technologist experience (preferred)

• Ability to scrub in multiple specialty areas
• Experience working with EPIC EMR
