Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments to understand patients' mental health concerns, psychosocial history, and treatment needs.

• Deliver high-quality brief therapy, crisis evaluations, and phone triage to assess urgency and guide patients toward appropriate services.
\n
• Craft individualized treatment plans based on assessments, regularly updating them to reflect changes in patients’ progress.
\n
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, addressing a spectrum of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and adjustment disorders.

• Provide crisis intervention for patients with mild to moderate conditions and refer those with severe mental health issues to specialized resources.

• Participate in department meetings and ongoing training to ensure compliance with the latest therapeutic standards and safety protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will engage with a broad client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your ability to understand and support a variety of cultural backgrounds will be vital in delivering effective care. You will play a key role in identifying and addressing the specific developmental, emotional, and relational needs of your patients, fostering an environment where they feel safe and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
