Clients are treated as people first, with service tailored to their unique needs and goals. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in the Belleair Area. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including property showings, listing presentations, contract negotiations, and transaction management from initial consultation through closing. Day-to-day activities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with past and current clients, preparing comparative market analyses, and guiding customers through financing, inspections, and appraisals. The role involves accurately marketing properties, coordinating open houses, staying current on local market trends and regulations, and collaborating with office leadership and team members. The Real Estate Agent is expected to provide exceptional customer service, maintain high ethical standards, and actively participate in brokerage meetings, training, and community events. Qualifications Active Florida Real Estate License and a solid understanding of state and local real estate regulations and practices. Experience in residential real estate, including knowledge of real property valuation, contracts, and transaction processes. Sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships, manage client expectations, and close transactions effectively. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally. Comfort with technology, including MLS systems, CRM tools, virtual tour platforms, and standard office software. High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism, with a commitment to client-focused service and ethical conduct. Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule, and travel locally within the Greater Tampa Bay Area as needed. Prior sales or real estate experience, bilingual abilities, and familiarity with the Tampa Bay and Central Florida markets are beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
