Monday-Friday Clinic: 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM
Nightly weekday call
24 hour weekend call
Multi site coverage required
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

Requirements
Board Certified or board eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
Fellowship trained
Active Virginia medical license
BLS
AIUM Certification - Preferred

Required Procedures/Skills
Amniocentesis
Chorionic villus sampling
Pre-eclampsia management
Multiple pregnancy management
Growth restriction
Chromosomal abnormalities
Congenital abnormalities
Pre-term labor
Hypertension management
Thrombophilia
Genetic disorders
Birth defects
Vaginal and cesarean deliveries
Management of high-risk maternal/fetal comorbidities

Assignment Details
Practice setting: Clinic and inpatient coverage
Reason for coverage: Ongoing recruitment support
Average 27 patients per day
2 provider service model across multiple sites
1 provider per site, with NP support rotating between locations
3 exam rooms per site
Onsite ultrasound available
Office equipment: GE 10
Support staff includes RN clinic educator, sonographer, genetic counselor, and front office team
High-risk pregnancy volume: 95%
Low-risk pregnancy volume: 5%
Nursery level: III
Occasional phone-only consults required
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
EMR: Epic, ViewPoint
