Responsibilities The Fox Alliance is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, self-starting Human Resources Manager to join our team, based in Austin, TX serving our 50+ team members rooted in Texas and spanning across the country. Our Human Resources Manager will be responsible for orchestrating all administrative and human resource activities, processes, HRIS Systems, and associated operations. They will serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding wage and benefits administration, compliance with statutory requirements, and human resource policies and procedures. Key Tasks & Activities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, termination, and offboarding processes. Foster a positive working environment and manage employee relations issues. Administer firm benefits including dental, vision, healthcare, 401(k) and PTO. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable local, state, and federal HR requirements. Manage the performance review process and advise leadership on employee development; execute performance improvement plans as appropriate. Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems. Administer firm equity grants and quarterly “Core Value” awards Conduct applicable Human Resources audits to ensure compliance to include required legal postings on bulletin boards throughout the organization. The right candidate knows how to partner with leadership, foster trust, resolve employee relation issues, and excels in written and verbal communication. They possess a thorough knowledge of Federal, State and Local laws governing employment, Equal Employment Opportunity, ADA, Title VII, wage/hour, labor relations, and associate statutory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred); Experience can substitute degree requirements 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and regulations Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems HR certifications are a plus (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) What We Offer Competitive salary at $90,000 - $100,000 Additional equity grants (after 12 months of employment) #J-18808-Ljbffr The Fox Alliance
