Personal Injury Case Manager (Spanish Fluency Required)

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Full-Time

A highly respected Los Angeles personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluating and assessing new potential claims
• Communicating with clients regularly to provide updates and support
• Reporting and opening claims with insurance carriers
• Drafting correspondence and case-related documents
• Scheduling property damage inspections
• Requesting police reports and policy limits information
• Monitoring clients’ medical treatment and progress
• Requesting, organizing, and analyzing medical records (including Medi-Cal and Medicare)
• Scheduling medical appointments and preparing files for demand packages

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish is required (spoken and written)
• 1–2 years of experience as a personal injury case manager
• Experience handling auto accidents, premises liability, dog bites, government torts, and wrongful death cases
• Ability to manage a case from intake through resolution
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
• Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate with clients
• Familiarity with statutes of limitation and the civil filing process
