What You’ll Be Doing

• Reading and working from blueprints and work orders
• Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components
• Operating saws, routers, sanders, and other shop tools
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards
• Working with a team to hit production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in woodworking, carpentry, cabinet making, or similar hands-on work
• Ability to measure accurately and follow plans
• Comfortable using power tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and team-oriented
