Work Environment

This role is located onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Spring Hill, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals and requirements, thereby ensuring a customized treatment approach.
• Manage a caseload of patients, seeing one individual per hour, allowing for in-depth assessments and treatment sessions.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans that integrate a variety of treatment techniques, aimed at improving range of motion and mobility.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver top-tier, individualized care that helps reduce reliance on medications and avoid unnecessary surgical procedures.
• Monitor and document treatment outcomes, ensuring regular communication with patients about their progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.
• Implement tailored fitness and wellness programs to enhance each patient's strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Motivate and encourage patients through their recovery journey to achieve optimal functioning.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment provided, complying with regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on orthopedic cases, treating a diverse range of patients, from athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults facing mobility challenges. You will engage with each patient, tailoring your therapeutic techniques to their unique backgrounds and recovery goals, thereby contributing to their overall wellness and rehabilitation journey. In doing so, you not only help patients regain their strength but also empower them to adopt healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and developing exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software such as WebPT is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desired.
• Demonstrated success in implementing evidence-based treatment interventions.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
