Work Environment

The work setting for this position is our outpatient office, located in the heart of Spring Hill, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop customized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals and medical needs.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility and reducing dependency on medication or invasive procedures.
• Utilize a wide array of treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy techniques, to foster patient recovery.
• Create and lead personalized fitness and wellness programs, considering each patient's lifestyle and health status to encourage long-term engagement in their own health.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care by continuously monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment methods as needed, based on evidence-based practices.
• Motivate patients to adopt healthier lifestyles by focusing on enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through various therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, primarily focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation. Our patients include individuals recovering from surgeries, sports-related injuries, workplace accidents, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This role emphasizes the therapist's ability to connect with patients from varied backgrounds and adjust treatment techniques to suit different personalities and cultural needs.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program.
• An active state license as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a specific focus on orthopedic rehabilitation preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with patients, empowering them through education and motivation.
• Current knowledge of the latest treatment modalities and therapeutic practices in the field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a professional demeanor.

Preferred Experience

Experience in developing and implementing evidence-based treatment protocols is highly desired. Familiarity with advanced therapeutic technologies and methods, such as dry needling or manual therapy techniques, will set candidates apart. Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year , depending on skills and experience.
