Senior Financial Services/T&E Litigation Associate - Los Angeles

Job Requirements Candidates should have at least six years of relevant experience and a strong background in financial services and trusts and estates litigation, with strong appellate experience a plus. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a mid to large law firm, along with experience drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting research, managing traditional and electronic discovery, assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions, and appearing before state and federal courts. Candidates must be in good standing with the CA Bar. Federal clerkship a plus. Law school Law Review experience also strongly preferred. The expected pay range for this position is: $340 000 to $410 000 per year Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
