Land Development Project ManagerTalent Consultant Group is partnered with an engineering firm to identify a Land Development Project Manager in Jacksonville, FL.Responsibilities:Utilize your project management skills for planning, organizing, monitoring, and directing work activities and resources necessary to complete assigned projectsCoordinate and communicate with other engineering staff, city municipalities, and private and commercial land development clientsManage projects for consistency with established processes, schedules, budgets, design criteria, standards, and specifications and to ensure projects are on-time and on-budgetDevelop and manage client relationships in the Residential and Commercial marketsWork with senior management to develop strategies to increase market share in the NE Florida marketLead, mentor and develop junior staffDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staffRequirements:10+ years of Land Development design or construction management in the NE Florida market requiredBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Licensed Professional EngineerMust possess a high capacity for self-motivation and be able to apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projectsStrong relationships and contacts with residential/commercial developers, architects, municipal staff, and other regulatory agenciesStrong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practicesStrong project management skills are preferred
