Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Hospice for a travel assignment in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves providing care to patients in a community setting, encompassing homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. As part of a supportive team, the RN will work closely with case managers, providers, and social workers to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Hospice - Travel

• Provide patient/family education
• Facilitate provider communication
• Manage disease processes
• Troubleshoot and possess knowledge of pleurx drains, nephrostomy tubes, trachs, PCA's, and gastric suctioning
• Attend daily huddles, participate remotely if required

Requirements of the RN - Hospice - Travel

• Valid BLS certification
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience
