You will report directly to the General Manager and help coach your team to deliver exceptional hospitality while maintaining strong operational standards. Our restaurants operate breakfast, lunch, dinner, and one of Cincinnati’s most beloved weekend brunch programs, creating a vibrant and fast-paced environment where strong leadership and presence on the floor matter. Our business has natural ebbs and flows — from high-energy, high-volume shifts to quieter periods.
