Asheville Ford Lincoln is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Automotive Service Department Admin to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a professional, fast-paced dealership environment.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers in the Service Department
- Process customer payments and service invoices accurately
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment
- Provide receipts and answer basic customer questions
- Assist Service Advisors with cashiering and closing repair orders
- Maintain accurate records and follow dealership cash-handling procedures
- Answer phones and direct customers to the appropriate department
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cashier area
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the payment and pickup process

- Ability to work well with Service Advisors, technicians, and customers
- Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
