Advancement Coordinator

Now Hiring: Northlight Theatre is now hiring for a part-time Advancement Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Advancement Coordinator supports all fundraising efforts including building annual fund donations and supporting any special initiatives. A professional LORT D theatre, programming includes a 5play mainstage season, the Interplay new play development series, and a dynamic year-round audience engagement and education program. For more information about the theatre: Qualifications With direction from the Director of Advancement, execute all fundraising appeals by mail and email for the annual fund. Ensure all donations are recognized appropriately in show programs and anywhere else they appear. Provide support for the Database administrator by proof-reading all acknowledgement letters and program lists prior to printing or as requested. Job Location This position is onsite at 820 Church St, FL 4, Evanston. Schedule & Compensation 20 hours/week at $20/hour.
