Senior Technology Operations

Responsibilities Lead program estimation and resource planning for projects of small to medium complexity, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Monitor and control program progress, addressing risks and issues to maintain schedule and budget adherence. Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings to review project health, dependencies, and milestones. Build and maintain stakeholder consensus through clear, concise communication and data-driven presentations. Manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost monitoring across multiple projects. Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions supporting operational goals. Drive continuous improvement by applying program management best practices and emerging tools. Requirements Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of small to medium complexity. Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to track progress against milestones. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and manage project schedules, risks, and dependencies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present data-driven recommendations clearly. Experience in financial management, including budgeting and cost monitoring for multiple projects. Proficient in program planning, defining goals, deliverables, and accountability matrices. Solid understanding of technology strategy and its alignment with business objectives. Skilled in building relationships and collaborating across teams to deliver business solutions.
