Accounting Assistant | $19/Hour | 9:00am – 4:00pm, Monday‑Friday. On‑site position located in Bardstown, 1st shift schedule, working 32hours a week. Temp‑to‑hire opportunity with potential for career growth and job stability $19/hr to start On‑site position located in Bardstown 1st shift schedule, working 32 hours a week Eligibility to enroll in dental, vision, and medical insurance, as well as 401K, direct deposit, and referral bonus program Responsibilities Assist with accounting records by reconciling monthly statements Assist in monthly billing statements based on general ledger Prepare, post, verify and record customer payments related to A/R Receive and verify expense reports Work with vendors on payments, purchase orders, discrepancies, collections Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or GED (required) Business or Accounting degree preferred 1 year previous experience in a similar accounting role (required) Prior working experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (required) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to pass a pre‑employment screening, including drug and background checks Benefits and Perks Pay Rate: $19 per hour to start Working 32 hours per week; full‑time schedule with some OT 401K and referral bonus plan Training & growth opportunities Dental, vision, and medical insurance (through The Reserves Network) Direct deposit option The base salary range for this position is $19/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
