Overview:

As a Production Operator, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing medical devices to life — assembling, inspecting, and packaging components and finished assemblies that ultimately help patients. You'll work closely with your team to follow work orders, production drawings, and quality system requirements, using precise, steady hands and a keen eye (often through a microscope) to get every detail right.

$19-22/hr

M-TH 3:45-2:15a
Fri-Sun 5a-5:30p
Fri-Sun 5p-5:30a

• Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Accurately completes all essential documents
• Performs intermediate assembly tasks, such as pad printing, adhesive bonding, hot air bonding, balloon bonding, etching wires, swaging shafts, fusing skiving shafts, folding, marking, braiding, coiling, and performing leak testing.

Skills and Experience:

• 2 or more years of experience in medical assembly
• Data entry required.
• Experience and/or training using a microscope in assembly, working with catheter materials, or other similar medical devices with small parts in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions, including work orders, blueprints, and production drawings.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.
