Receptionist Location: Symphony Care Network Status: Part-Time Job Summary: Essential Functions: Welcoming visitors and guests in a warm and friendly manner Answering and routing phone calls Distributing mail Providing clerical support as assigned Scanning documents into EMR Qualifications/Experience: 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions Maintain basic knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Professional telephone etiquette Strong verbal and listening skills Multi-tasking skills Passion for helping others Excellent customer service Teamwork qualities Dependability Reliability Requirements: Work every other weekend, 12-hour shifts. Work every other Holiday, for double time pay Sitting for extended periods of time High school Diploma or GED
