Marketing Executive

Role Summary We are looking for a Marketing Executive CRM / Owned Media to join our growth-focused team and drive customer engagement through high-impact, data-driven communication campaigns. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and RCS , while working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in translating customer insights and business objectives into targeted, personalized, and measurable campaigns . The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns with accuracy and speed. You will work extensively with platforms such as CleverTap and MoEngage , monitor campaign performance through metrics such as CTR, CVR, Bounce Rate, and Unsubscribe Rate , and use these insights to continuously improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness. Role & Responsibilities Plan, configure, execute, and monitor customer engagement campaigns across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and RCS . Support the execution of CRM and Owned Media campaigns across different stages of the customer lifecycle. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and within defined timelines . Use customer data and insights to support targeted, personalized, and customer-centric communications . Configure campaigns on platforms such as CleverTap and MoEngage , ensuring accurate audience selection, communication setup, scheduling, and execution. Perform pre-launch quality checks and ensure zero or minimal execution errors during campaign setup. Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics including CTR, CVR, and overall campaign effectiveness . Analyze campaign data and customer behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Prepare campaign reports and dashboards to communicate performance and actionable insights to stakeholders. Share campaign/test screenshots and execution updates with relevant teams as part of the campaign approval process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve campaign-related issues and ensure smooth execution. Participate in regular team stand-ups and provide timely updates on campaign status and deliverables. Support urgent campaign requirements and business contingencies when required. Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, customer engagement, and execution efficiency . Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline with 03 years of experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, Owned Media, Campaign Management, Marketing Operations, or a related field. Candidates with relevant internship experience in CRM, digital marketing, campaign management, or customer engagement are also encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of CRM and customer lifecycle marketing . Hands-on experience with CleverTap or MoEngage is preferred. Basic knowledge of SQL and the ability to work with campaign/customer data. Understanding of customer engagement channels such as Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and RCS . Familiarity with campaign metrics such as CTR, CVR, Bounce Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, and campaign conversion performance . Strong proficiency in MS Excel ; knowledge of Word and PowerPoint is an added advantage. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate campaign setup and quality checks. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify actionable insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders . Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and work effectively within tight deadlines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . Willingness to work 6 days a week , including weekends on a rotational basis. Willingness to support urgent campaign requirements and business contingencies when required. Good to Have Experience with Gupshup, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Netcore , or other CRM/Marketing Automation platforms. Exposure to customer segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and dashboard reporting .
