About the Role We are looking for a Marketing & Training Executive who can work across content creation, digital marketing, lead conversion, and training coordination. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who can create engaging marketing content, understand customer training requirements, recommend relevant courses, and confidently interact with international clients. Key Responsibilities Create SEO-optimized blog posts, website content, social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and other marketing content to strengthen 360DT's online presence. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, email, website, digital advertising, PR, and other relevant channels . Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and basic market research to identify content and marketing opportunities. Manage and optimize digital campaigns while tracking key metrics such as traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and campaign performance. Develop a strong understanding of 360DT's courses, technologies, trainers, training formats, and learning solutions . Handle incoming leads and communicate with international clients and prospective customers through calls, emails, and other channels. Understand client requirements and recommend the right courses, trainers, or training solutions based on their needs. Pitch relevant training programs, negotiate with prospects, and convert qualified leads into customers. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional courses or related training solutions based on customer requirements. Maintain timely and structured follow‑ups with prospects and existing customers throughout the conversion process. Coordinate with trainers, SMEs, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of confirmed training programs. Support training operations including course scheduling, trainer coordination, client communication, learner requirements, documentation, and post‑training follow‑ups . Maintain accurate lead, customer, course, and training information in CRM systems or internal trackers. Stay updated on emerging technologies, AI trends, digital marketing practices, competitor activities, and developments in the technology training market. Required Skills & Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing, EdTech, Training, Inside Sales, Customer Success, or a related role. Strong hands‑on understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns . Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to speak with international clients . Strong presentation, pitching, negotiation, upselling, and cross‑selling skills . Ability to understand customer requirements and map them to the appropriate training/course offering. Strong content‑writing skills, particularly for SEO‑friendly blogs and social media content . Strong follow‑up, coordination, and organizational skills. A proactive and self‑driven approach , with the ability to take ownership of tasks without constant supervision. Ability to manage multiple marketing and training activities simultaneously. Comfortable working remotely and operating in UK Time Zone working hours . Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in EdTech, corporate training, IT training, or the technology sector . Exposure to AI, Cloud, Data, Machine Learning, or other technology domains. Experience working with international or B2B/B2C customers.
