Branch Manager – Columbia, SC

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time

HireQuest Direct is seeking an energetic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Columbia, SC branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys building relationships, growing business, recruiting talent, and managing daily branch operations.

As the Branch Manager, you will oversee sales, recruiting, customer service, and employee management while driving the overall success and profitability of the branch. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the branch office.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified associates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and clients.
• Generate new business through outside sales and networking efforts.
• Ensure exceptional customer service for both clients and employees.
• Manage employee scheduling, payroll, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve growth goals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Lead and motivate branch staff to meet operational and sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous management, staffing, recruiting, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
