As a Service Center Coordinator within the Nordic Service Center team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and act as the interface between customers and GE HealthCare. You will work closely with service engineers, logistics partners, and sales representatives to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You are accountable for the quality and accuracy of your work, contributing to efficient operations and a positive customer experience throughout the service journey. The role requires strong customer focus, effective communication, and collaboration across multiple functions. You will operate within established processes and compliance requirements while building trusted customer relationships and ensuring that service commitments are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service and support to end customers, distributors, and subsidiaries.
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and service-related requests.
• Receiving customer orders and manage them in accordance with company policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring timely processing through to shipment.
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer issues, disputes, and escalations efficiently.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and commercial partners to gain trust and support long-term business success.
• Responding to customer queries in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
• Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge and a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
• Working proactively as part of a team to maintain and continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand operational impacts on customers and service levels.
• Providing accurate information, guidance, and support to customers and business partners.
• Preparing and issuing quotations for customers and distributors in line with company policies and commercial guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience from customer center or similar work,
• Fluent Danish, and English knowledge, oral and written,
• Comfortable speaking on the phone, and documented computer skills,
• Accurate and solution oriented,
• Ability to work towards specific goals,
• Structured and decisive with a strong sense of responsibility,
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time,
• Personal suitability with needed skills and right attitude to the work.
