About the Role:

Spell Well Montessori School  is looking for an experienced and friendly School Front Office Helper to join our team in Spring, TX! Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
• Manage student attendance records, tardy logs, and early dismissal documentation
• Support administrative staff with data entry, filing, and general clerical duties
• Coordinate communication between school staff, parents, and administration
• Handle student check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with school policies
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing front office supplies and inventory

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a school front office or similar administrative support role preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a busy office environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Proficiency with basic office software including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information with discretion
• Warm, patient, and professional demeanor when interacting with students and families
• Must pass a background check in accordance with school and district requirements
