Project Manager / Engineering Manager

Salary: $115,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Background in engineering, technical project management, or a related field.
• Experience overseeing projects, deliverables, or technical teams in hardware, industrial, or R&D environments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
• A hands-on leadership approach with the ability to build alignment and drive momentum.
• Experience with hardware development cycles, pilot programs, or manufacturing scale-up is an asset.
• Familiarity with industrial customers or regulated technical settings is an asset.

• Lead and support multidisciplinary engineering teams working on SMA-based products.
• Manage schedules, budgets, priorities, and cross-functional coordination across R&D and commercialization work.
• Support pilot deployments and internal readiness so projects transition smoothly from development into real-world use.
• Strengthen engineering processes, reporting, and team execution against demanding technical standards.
