Business Analyst

This entry-level Business Analyst will support CMDB governance, application compliance initiatives, and Power Platform development while partnering with business and technical teams to improve processes. The role includes data management, reporting, automation development, ITSM support, and working with offshore teams to help transition manual processes into automated, self-service solutions. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, data management, IT operations, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather requirements and improve business processes. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and offshore resources. Compensation $30/hr to $35/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
