Current openings include evenings, weekends, and limited overnight shifts. (Day shift positions are not currently available.)

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide individualized support based on each person's unique goals and needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities and community involvement

• Encouraging independence while providing compassionate support

• Administering medications after training and according to agency policies

• Documenting services provided and progress toward individual goals

• Monitoring health needs and reporting changes when necessary

• Following individualized care plans

• Safely transporting individuals to appointments and community activities

• Completing required documentation, mileage logs, incident reports, and other records accurately and on time

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for employment, applicants must have:

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable personal vehicle available for client transportation

• Current automobile insurance

• High school diploma or GED

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to pass the Family Care Safety Registry screening and criminal background check
