Your Impact Be the trusted first point of contact for our customers, providing professional support via phone, email, and other communication channels. Own the customer experience from inquiry to resolution: identify issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure every request reaches a successful outcome. Manage customer orders, returns, credits, exchanges, and account updates with accuracy and efficiency. Keep customer and order information organized and up to date using QuickBooks, EDI systems, and other company platforms. Monitor and process EDI transactions, ensuring smooth order flow and proactively resolving discrepancies. Prepare invoices, assist with payment processing, and provide support for account-related inquiries. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation to support operational excellence. Provide customers with clear and timely information regarding products, pricing, shipments, and order status. Act as the connection between customers, sales, warehouse, accounting, and operations teams to ensure seamless service and communication. Partner closely with our headquarters in Germany and North American distributors to ensure a smooth flow of information from order placement through delivery. Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas that help us deliver an even better customer experience. What You Bring to the Table Previous customer service experience in an office, manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment is preferred. Strong communication skills with confidence in customer interactions via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Working knowledge of QuickBooks, including customer account management, invoicing, and payment processing. Experience with EDI systems and electronic order processing is highly valued. Familiarity with CRM or ERP platforms is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
