Role SummaryLead daily manufacturing operations and production teams across SMT, PCBA, mechanical assembly, backend assembly, and cleanroom environments. Drive SQDCI, productivity, quality, delivery, and operational excellence .
Must-Have Skills- 5+ years of Manufacturing Operations Leadership
- SMT / PCBA Manufacturing
- Production leadership in high-volume manufacturing
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / Kaizen
- Production planning, scheduling, and capacity planning
- Manufacturing KPIs: OEE, FPY, throughput, productivity, labor efficiency
- Experience leading supervisors, team leads, and production teams
- ERP / MES and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving, coaching, and cross-functional leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field
- EMS experience
- IPC standards
- Cleanroom or regulated manufacturing experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- NPI and continuous improvement experience
