We are looking for a Rock Star Service Advisor, Two - Three Years Dealership Experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED Benefits:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Establish follow up time
- Communication skills
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Two - Three Years Dealership Experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Great Attitude, Honesty, Ethical with the highest of integrity
- Previous customer service experience
- Above average energy level
- A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
