Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders using evidence-based practices, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Continuously assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and therapeutic approaches as necessary to maximize client outcomes.

• Lead group therapy sessions as needed, fostering a supportive environment for shared experiences and collective growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to refer clients to additional specialists or services when necessary, enhancing the continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients we serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of challenges, including relational issues, anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma recovery. As an LMFT, you will support clients of varying ages, focusing on their unique backgrounds and circumstances. Your approach will involve understanding their experiences and facilitating healthy dialogue and resolution strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, coupled with the ability to motivate and empower clients.

• Experience in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, particularly within family and couple dynamics.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices applicable to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
