Quality Supervisor - Chelmsford, MA

Description You will be the Quality Supervisor for the Quality Assurance Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product compliance with specifications and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Supervisor, you will lead a blended workforce of hourly and salaried employees who inspect products to determine compliance with specifications. Supervising hourly and salaried employees performing product inspections. Coordinating recruitment, selection, and training of subordinate staff. Assessing performance, assigning work, and managing salary and recognition. Administering disciplinary actions and ensuring compliance with company policies. Location This position is in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education. At least 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and an interim Secret clearance prior to start. Desired Skills Supervision experience. EEG component testing experience. Experience in Hybrid Military Specifications (MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750), Industry Electronic Specifications (J-STD, IPC), and/or Mechanical Specifications (ASTM, GD&T). Strong Microsoft, SAP, PLM experience. Experience in failure analysis and corrective action. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance. The selected candidate must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Secret clearance, with a company‑sponsored interim clearance required to start. Work Schedule The role is onsite full‑time. Work schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Compensation and Benefits Pay Rate: Annual base salary ranges from $77,700 to $136,965 in most states; $89,300 to $154,905 in major metropolitan areas of California, Massachusetts, and New York. Salary is a general guideline and is determined by location, experience, and market.
