What You'll Be Doing

Maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical components throughout the facility
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize production downtime
Performing preventive maintenance across a wide range of industrial machinery
Working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and complex electrical systems
Troubleshooting PLC systems Allen Bradley and Siemens experience a plus
Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
Taking ownership of problems and seeing them through to resolution

What We're Looking For

Strong hydraulics and pneumatics experience
PLC troubleshooting and repair experience
Ability to read blueprints and schematics confidently
Someone who can hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision
Robotics experience is a plus

This is a Permanent position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $850000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Menomonee Falls, WI.

This position is anticipated to close on Aug 21, 2026.
