Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assist the Chef and Sous Chef in preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring all food is made to order and meets our standards.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization at your assigned station, following all food safety protocols and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service and a smooth dining experience for our guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a busy setting.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
