Licensed Vocational Nurse - SNF - Per Diem

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) delivers technical nursing care to Residents using the nursing process, functioning as a member of the nursing team under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LVN may assume charge nurse role in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971. Compensation For Non-Benefited, Per Diem Pay Scale Base Rate $36.74-$52.38 per hour Starting pay is determined using our clinical pay scales, which feature 13 steps recognizing up to 30 years of relevant experience. Eligible employees may also receive shift differential and holiday pay Per-diem, non-benfited 3,12s, Flexible Shifts, AM and PM Experience At least one (1) year experience as LVN Education Current California LVN license. Graduate from an approved LVN program with an associates or equivalent degree. Current CPR Certification. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to apply good clinical judgment, plan work, establish priorities and maintain flexibility. Proficient written and verbal skills. Ability to use a computer proficiently. Organizes and directs shift responsibilities and duties Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care. Prepares and administers medications and treatments as ordered by the physicians. Ensure that narcotic records are accurate for your shift. Review medications and completeness of information.
