Role Description The Meta Ads Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and related networks). This role involves managing end-to-end campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and membership applications. The Meta Ads Manager collaborates closely with marketing, events, and leadership teams to develop creative strategies, align messaging with brand goals, and support chapter growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, testing creatives and ad formats, and refining strategies to maximize return on ad spend. The role also requires staying current with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to ensure innovative and compliant advertising efforts.

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in Sales-related skills, such as funnel optimization, lead generation, and conversion tracking within paid campaigns.

• Marketing expertise, including audience segmentation, brand positioning, and campaign strategy across digital channels.
\n
• Advertising skills with hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, including targeting, bidding, creative testing, and analytics.

• Project Management abilities to coordinate multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.

• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and pixel/event tracking; familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is beneficial.

• Prior work in lifestyle, luxury, automotive, or membership-based organizations is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
