Individual offers are determined based on directly related experience, skills, education, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Not all candidates will qualify for the upper end of the posted range. Description Provides high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership by managing complex priorities, sensitive information, communications, and logistics with a high degree of independent judgment, discretion, flexibility, and adaptability. Works collaboratively within a team setting to support shared priorities and responds to changing business needs, including occasional responsibilities outside standard business hours. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a comparable support role required. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Lean or Six Sigma training or certification preferred. Experience in a healthcare or medical setting preferred. Skills Demonstrates professionalism, tact, discretion, and courtesy when interacting with executives, board members, leaders, staff, physicians, patients and external stakeholders. Exercises sound judgment, strong planning skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, urgent requests, and unexpected situations. Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, accurate, professional, and confidential correspondence and materials. Demonstrates strong interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and follow-through skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to support evolving executive and organizational needs, including occasional work beyond standard business hours.
