This role involves working in a dynamic environment catering to diverse patient populations with a range of diagnoses, including strokes, brain injuries, and chronic diseases. Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse healthcare needs.
• Manage cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation.
• Administer intravenous therapies and maintain central line care.
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Plan patient discharges and provide education, focusing on renal and fluid management.

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Current BLS and BCR certifications, ACLS preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar setting.
• Strong skills in IV insertion, wound care, and clinical assessment.
• Experience with trach care, chest tube management, and telemetry.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
