Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Provide comprehensive care for MedSurg/Telemetry patients in various inpatient units
• Coordinate with CNAs, charge nurses, and support staff to deliver patient care
• Utilize EMR systems, such as EPIC, to document and track patient progress
• Administer and manage cardiac and other common drips
• Float to all Med/Tele units as required

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred; must pass EKG competency exam during onboarding
• Minimum of 2 years Med/Tele RN experience
• Proficiency in all cardiac drips and patient care skills such as trach care and chest tube management
• Certification in med surg is a plus
