is seeking a Maintenance Manager

Must have a genuine interest in geriatric work and a willingness to work for the best interest of the facility. Have a positive, upbeat personality and work cooperatively with others.
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our health care facility. This includes making daily repairs as to the general facility and in resident apartments, preparing apartments for move in, and complying with all local and state regulations (Fire, Boiler, HVAC, etc.). The maintenance manager tends to be the most popular person in the building on a daily basis, so must be friendly and inviting to resident requests and efficient with managing time and prioritizing projects.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Proven maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical & carpentry required.
- Knowledge of ODH and State Fire Marshall regulations preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between facilities during the day.
- Will be in On-Call rotation for weekend emergencies and snow removal.
