What You ll Do
  • Provide psychiatric assessment and treatment for adult patients in an inpatient setting
  • Manage a patient load of approximately 18 per day
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting high-quality patient care
  • Participate in treatment planning and involuntary commitment procedures as needed
  • Prescribe and monitor pharmacotherapy under established guidelines
  • Document patient progress in Wellsky EMR system
  • Support unit operations and contribute to a positive environment
What You NeedRequired:
  • Medical license valid in Delaware or eligible for licensure
  • Involuntary commitment experience and familiarity with pharmacotherapy
  • Prior inpatient psychiatry experience preferred
Preferred:
  • Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry
  • Experience working in a facility with 99 beds or more
