Minimum Requirements

5+ Years’ related work experience in SAP Finance. Expert level in configuring, customizing, documenting testing, and supporting SAP FI areas including GL, CO, AA, AR, AP, PS. Support and enhancement experience in FSCM Biller Direct (client) and clientCC, Lease Accounting Engine (LAE).

Extensive experience in integration of FICO to Logistics with Procurement to Payment, and O2C (Order to Collection) process. Extensive hands-on experience in the integration of FI/CO with SD and MM.

Expertise in full life cycle implementation, upgrade projects, enhancements, and production support

Must have extensive experience in writing user stories/functional requirements, writing non-functional requirements.

Experience with large scale System Integration Projects

Experience operating in an Agile / Scrum environment.

Extensive Experience refining user stories and planning sprints.

Experience with DevOps methodologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication that can bridge technology and business language. Experience communicating to senior leadership and creating executive presentations/messaging.

Project Management

Takes ownership of functional scope analysis and detailed solution design of the processes/systems within domain for each project assigned. Partners across domain IT teams for alignment and impact analysis.

Proactively reviews domain for risk and mitigations before they become critical. Continually keeps stakeholders, management and project managers informed of team activities and work-plan status.

Leads issue resolution efforts to help eliminate or reduce scheduling or budget impacts

Researches, identifies, and drives improvements to project efficiency, speed and quality via cross-team synergies, methods, tools and staffing models.

Collaborate with business and IT partner teams to develop business capability and technology roadmaps, provide education on potential process and system solution options, and drives business/IT investigation of emerging strategic capabilities.

Facilitates sessions to solicit and document requirements (e.g. creation of user stories).

Technology and System

Translate business requests (Customer journey’s, EPIC’S, or Business User Stories) into technical user stories, system diagrams, and low-level design documents. Includes identification and assessment of potential data sources.

Leads analysis and translation of business, information and technical requirements to achieve IT solutions that meet business needs within domain for projects with moderate complexity.

Experience in SAP ECC, FSCM, SAP LAE, BW and ABAP

Experienced with Jira, JiraAlign, qTest

Telecom industry experienced.

Relationship and People Management

Assists in formulating and streamlining domain’s process flows for different business areas

Facilitates sessions to solicit and document requirements (e.g. creation of user stories).

Reviews and validates domain and end to end test cases mapped to user stories.

Oversees test activities and ensures proper test results documentation

Coordinates the consistent upload process of all design and test documents to project share point.
