Create positive salon cultures where team members feel supported, valued, and motivated to grow. Recruit, develop, and retain stylists across multiple salon locations. Lead the team while cutting behind the chair 25 hours per week. Partner with managers to drive performance, solve challenges, and celebrate wins. Support underperforming salons with hands‑on coaching and actionable improvement plans. Lead by example, staying connected to salon operations and stepping in when support is needed. Ensure a consistent guest experience and execution of company standards across all locations. Build future leaders and help create career growth opportunities throughout the organization.
