Job Description Job Description ** We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. ** ** $23-$25 hourly DOE ** Recruiting experience working in a staffing agency is needed. Responsibilities: Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees On-board and train new employees Implement company culture, values and policies Provide management with requested reports and documents Coordinate events focused on employee recognition Accurately maintain employee files Qualifications: Previous experience in the staffing industry needed, preferably in the light industrial field Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bilingual is a Plus - Spanish Company Description Locally Owned, Locally Operated.
