LAUSD Senior Office Engineer

Location: Los Angeles, CA Number of positions: 2 Type: Direct Hire Salary Range: $126K - $142K Minimum Requirements Eight (8) years full time paid professional experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction management of commercial and/or public or educational facility construction projects with values in excess of $1SM Additional Preferred Experience Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) Experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and/or the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS) Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design process Required Education Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis, provided that graduation from high school or evidence of equivalent educational proficiency is met Compensation The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors such as individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
