Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a warm, trusting rapport with clients from various backgrounds to facilitate effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Utilize your clinical skills to accurately diagnose mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, creating tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of client needs.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that each session is focused, impactful, and aligned with therapeutic goals.

As an LMFT at Divine Mercy, you will work with a diverse and dynamic client population, including individuals facing mental health disorders, couples managing relationship challenges, and families looking for guidance and support. Your role will involve helping clients navigate various life transitions and emotional obstacles, often utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve the best therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required for this position.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential; a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.

• At least two years of clinical experience in providing individual and/or group therapy is necessary.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage a varying caseload effectively.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport with clients and document progress accurately.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and virtual counseling tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
