What you’ll actually be doing
This is a sales support role where no two days look the same

Welcome and sign in showroom visitors — first impressions matter

Support Account Managers with payments, order status updates, and customer questions

Help manage samples and keep things organized

Answer phones and connect people with the right team member

Schedule showroom tours for potential members

Help keep the showroom looking great with updated products and pricing

Communicate with vendors on order follow‑ups

Use CRM and internal systems to keep everything running smoothly

What we’re looking for

High School Diploma or GED

Customer service, sales support, or showroom experience is helpful

Comfort with basic math, payments, and discounts

Comfort using computers, phones, and everyday tech

Interior design or building materials experience is a plus — not required
